What to include

Use the contact channel already associated with your enquiry or project if you can. The template below helps me find the right records. A project name or reference is enough; please don't resend the source files or include an identity document.

What happens next

1. Find and verify. I acknowledge the request and locate the relevant records. If needed, I verify it through the existing project contact or ask for limited information to avoid deleting someone else's data.
2. Confirm the scope. I clarify what you want removed and explain any effect on active work, revisions or support before proceeding.
3. Remove what can be removed. This can include briefs, attachments, working files, drafts and copies in provider workspaces under my control. Where relevant, I use the provider's deletion process for material submitted during production.
4. Reply with the outcome. I explain what was deleted, what needs to be retained and why, and any outstanding provider or backup limitations.

What may need to remain

Some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting obligations, resolving disputes or establishing rights. Backups may expire on a separate schedule, and providers may retain certain records under their own policies. Deletion from my workspace does not guarantee instant removal from every provider system or reversal of any prior model training. I will explain the limits relevant to your request.

I cannot remove copies you or other recipients hold, or public source material on third-party sites. A request here applies to the information handled by Moriya Works; it does not delete your WhatsApp, email or AI-provider account.
